Associate M&A Partner Sell-Side – Shape the Future of Private Company Deals

As an Associate Partner, you will oversee transactions from mandate to successful closing, serving as the principal point of contact for clients and investors.
You will lead deal execution, maintaining command of all critical project dimensions and ensuring seamless coordination across every workstream.
You are driven to challenge the status quo, proactively shaping processes to deliver the highest standards of quality and efficiency in every transaction.
You are accountable for monitoring transaction progress and maximizing successful outcomes across your portfolio.

Your tasks

More than 10 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
A degree in business administration or a comparable discipline (other academic backgrounds considered with relevant experience).
Strong business acumen and comprehensive expertise in corporate finance and accounting.
A personal deal sheet demonstrating successful projects and transactions in company sales and succession within our focus sectors.
Operational industry experience in one of our core sectors, for example, through management roles or strategic projects.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and inspire confidence among stakeholders at all levels.
Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment.
Highly organized and unwaveringly reliable.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in both German and English at a professional level.
