Manage transactions from initial mandate through to successful closing, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and investors throughout the process.
Lead the execution of deals, maintaining oversight of all critical aspects of each project.
Proactively drive process improvements to ensure a high-quality and efficient transaction process, rather than settling for the status quo.
Take responsibility for monitoring transaction progress and ensuring the successful completion of as many transactions as possible.

Your Tasks

You have over 10 years of relevant professional experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
You hold a degree in business administration or a related discipline; other academic backgrounds may also be considered if supported by relevant professional experience.
You possess strong business acumen and have in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.
You leverage a strong deal sheet, documenting projects and transactions in company acquisitions, deal sourcing, due diligence (including commercial, operational, and technical due diligence), or merger integration and growth.
You bring hands-on industry experience in one of our focus sectors, for example from management roles or strategic projects.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and are able to conduct and lead conversations and negotiations effectively and confidently, even in complex situations, inspiring your counterparts.
You stand out with strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as a proven team spirit.
You are a leadership personality with sound judgment.
You are highly organized and 100% reliable.
You have extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
You are fluent in both German and English at a very high level.
